Companies are connecting with consumers via Twitter … and blogs

Following Kodak at Twitter to pick up how (some) companies are connecting to consumers.  Just found that there is a Kodak blog, since 2006.  

Kodak is reportedly trying  to reinvent ifself by shifting its products and services to the new economy, as Nithin Nohria mention in his article at hbswk back 2002.  He makes an interesting comparison of Kodak and GM strategies.

You can also have a fair idea of Kodak´s  innovation portfolio based on some on product launches : less expensive ink , (disruptive?) and digital camera wit more than 50 megapixel (no disruptive).

And, at the same time, they are reaching consumers with social media: strategy, diffusion and innovation at their best.
